I have not had any exercise this week. It makes me feel weird. Off balance. However, being sick and having laryingitis and coughing every 5 minutes is not conducive to working out. I don't think my gym buddies would like to see me gagging as I am trying to do cardio! So, been eating really well this past few days. And it has paid off. I had more success this week than last, and maybe being sick made that happen? I don't know. Anyway, last week's number was 149.8. I am down today, an amazing 2 pounds to 147.8.
Very happy with that. I can tell my body shape has changed even in the past few weeks, my size 10 jeans that I wore last night were quite loose, and I had to keep yanking them up. My final goal before the wedding was 145. I am so happy to only be 2.8 from that number. Yes the wedding is in two days, and I am so happy with this result. The closer to goal, the harder the pounds have come off. My tips for weight loss success are simple: Eat right and Move More! I haven't been eating out, I haven't been wavering from my food program, and I have had that positive mental attitude. And I have had huge support from family and friends.
I will post pics tonite, and I will pick up a tape measure to do measurements, and I am going to get the dress on as well for pictures.
I plan to continue my blog; becuase it will be about 'maintenance'. I am happy at this size, and once 'the goal' is reached we tend to slip and get lazy. Well, I am going to try to identify some fitness goals, as opposed to a number goal. Perhaps try the Do-the Du triathlon. I want to get my rear end back to HEAT so I can continue mentoring with Mary Ann and hopefully have a class to teach this Fall, those types of things.
