Breakfast: coffee, carrot sticks, yogurt
no snack, too busy at work and nervous! I was thinking about teaching a fitness class and was pretty nervous, but I did have peppermint tea.
Lunch: whole wheat pasta, tomato sauce (nothing left in the fridge!) so not the best choice. I don't eat pasta very often
Snack: apple
Supper: whole wheat tortilla, turkey, dijon mustard, bit of cheese shredded on wrap
I had a great workout. Hard Core booty. I taught the warmup and then did about 10 to 15 minutes. squats, lunges, used the band around the ankles. it was nerve wracking but SO FUN. Got some good tips and cues from Mary Ann as I went along. The more I get out there the less nervous that I will be (I hope).
Tonight Kevin and I went on a 4 K bike ride. It was so fun. Busy day, but it was great. thanks for following.
