Today is weigh-in day. Got on the scales and am now at 150.4 pounds. I am down 1.2 pounds from last Thursday and this is my lowest weight in many months. Slow and steady. I know I need to do measurements but I can't find my tape measure! Mark reminds me that it is not just 'the number". I get very hung up on the number sometimes, but I know that is not the whole picture. My pants fit very well, and even if I don't get to that goal number of 145 by the wedding (Aug. 28), even going down another 3-4 pounds by that time; I will be changing the shape of my body; and that is really want I want.
I love the HEAT workouts that I do. They are varied and fun and I like the group energy. My favorite classes are turbo scuplt (muscle conditioning); hard core booty (butt, legs, abs) and I love Zumba (latin dance with lots of abs and hips with massive cardio).
For my total weight loss since the beginning; I have taken off 12.6. pounds since March. Feels good, and I feel healthy.
