Balance

Too much of one thing is not good for you. You need balance in your life. People are so busy these days trying to juggle work, family, relationships, and managing a household. Their lives are out of balance.

Is this you?

I have been on hiatus for P90X for a while but have still been active and actually feel pretty good. I was beating myself up because I was not losing weight. But since I have taken a step back I have been happier than ever.

Life is good. I have a lot of substitute teaching days lined up for this month and have actually been taking part in some local events thanks to the encouragement of some amazing friends.

I will still do some P90X workouts from time to time because they are amazing. During the cold winter months I'm sure I will! But I can create my own circuit training routine and get out and go for a walk or light jog.

Remember that balance is the key. You will never find the time to do the things that make you happy and give you joy. You need to make the time.
