You Don’t NEED Anything To Get Fit

Have you ever noticed that as soon as thought comes into your head you create a desire that kind of goes with the thought?

Here is an example. You want to lose a few pounds, get fit, whatever. So all of a sudden you have a desire for weight loss books, a workout DVD, a bike, a treadmill, new workout clothes, supplements, etc. The thing is you don't need any of these things to get in shape. You have sneakers I bet. Go for a run or walk. Do some wind sprints. A push up workout doesn't require anything.

I love my P90X workout but most of that stuff could be found on the internet for free or it could be borrowed from a friend.

It is not just working out I am thinking about here.

We want to travel, we buy a suitcase, a travel pillow, the perfect carry-on luggage, maybe even special clothes or equipment for traveling.
We want to start meditating, we might get a meditation pillow, or sign up for a class, or buy a book, or get a timer, or get the perfect meditation clothes.

Don't let the marketing hype play with your emotions. You don't need anything to get fit. Just move more throughout the day and make healthier food choices.
